Refund Policy
We will refund a purchase in the following circumstances:
- Where a duplicate purchase has been made
- By request, if no download have taken place since the payment was made
- Where a charge results from any systems error
- Where MODcoins are purchased but the purchase has not yet been redeemed
We cannot refund the following:
- A subscription period that has been used (by use, we mean any download activity has taken place since the purchase was made)
- A coin purchase where some of the coins have already been used
We reserve the right to remove your account and ban you permanently for any unauthorised chargeback. Please always speak to our team if you believe you should be refunded.
